**SECURE MESSAGES POLICY**

Please read this new policy, pertaining to all patient inquiries and requests sent through the secure portal

Due to the overwhelming amount of patient calls, we are requesting all current patients to communicate through patient portal unless it is an emergency.  Portal messages should be used for non-urgent messages only.  Messages for the staff will be answered within 24 working hours.  Please allow up to 2-3 working days for a response from Dr. Campbell.  In order for you to receive a response in a timely manner, please limit your messages to:

  • questions about a supplement or dosage
  • requests to refill a supplement prescription
  • possible side effects of a treatment
  • response to a question from Dr. Campbell
  • notes concerning scheduling, canceling, or changing an appointment 

Your question should be brief, concise, and ideally be answerable with a 'yes' or 'no.' If your questions or concerns are beyond the scope described above, and/or require more time and attention, you will be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Campbell.
